The word 'hogwash' is too kind for this article. Mr. French's laughable argument appears to be that only through private ownership can wildlife be preserved. OK, so was the preserve he visited open to the public for free or a nominal cost like our National Parks? I would wager not. So, if a park or preserve can't pay for itself, then what? I guess it doesn't matter per French. It was ilk like him that brought us the end of the Passenger Pigeon and the Great Auk.

Let me point out to our protofascist Mr. French something that is on our currency: E Pluribus Unum. In other words, we're all in this together. Please take your 1% garbage and peddle it somewhere else.
