Shareholder Update

Dear Eric,

I am pleased to send you our new quarterly Shareholder Update, designed to keep you abreast of Globe�s latest news and progress.

Inside this edition we examine how our strategic partnership with East China Mineral Exploration & Development Bureau (ECE) will enable Globe to transform into a mid-tier explorer and producer, provide an update on our projects and share an inside view into some of our environmental and community initiatives.
